As an Exclusive Representation Program, all sales leads are routed to a dedicated, U.S based sales associate who will take the customer from inquiry through delivery. The Growth Program provides additional services such as Cost Structure Analysis to maximize your competitive position within the market, and Engineering Support to refine product design based upon North American customer requirements. The Growth Program is based upon a *25% Representation Fee.

1. Brand Recognition/Credibility

• Assemble/operate U.S. based website 

• Provide Customer reinforcement through North American based operations

• Deliver equipment within days instead of weeks/months  

• Develop credibility through immediate access, reduced delivery times, information availability, precise/rapid communication, and warranty service 

2. North American Sales

• Coordinate all North American Sales

3. Logistical Support

• Coordinate post-sale customers 

• Arrange shipments 

• Secure lowest freight rates

• Assure delivery confirmation

4. Customer Service

• Provide a staffed U.S based website with FAQ, customer service number, email and live-chat
• Dedicated Account Manager who specializes in your product line 
• Serve as North American contact point for post-sale customers and pre-sale customers when necessary 

5. Technical Support

• Dedicated Technical Support Representative, fully apprised of the product line and capable of coordinating engineering support between the factory engineers and the customer.

6. Warranty Claims

• Facilitate all Warranty Claims

7. Cost Structure Analysis

• Audit current market structure within North America to reflect appropriate pricing increases while maintaining competitive advantage

8. Engineering and UE Collaboration

• Coordinate engineering and user interface improvements to better suit the North American marketplace based upon user feedback, request, and competitive observation
